2.2. Order and payment data: selected package/course, amount, payment status. Payment card details (card number, CVV, etc.) are NOT collected or stored on our side — payment is processed by the payment provider monobank (JSC "Universal Bank") on its secure side in accordance with its rules and security standards.

2.3. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, website interaction data, cookies — collected automatically for website operation, security, and analytics.

3.1. Provision of educational services: creating an account, granting access to the course, supporting the learning process.

3.2. Processing and confirming payments, issuing invoices, and refunds in applicable cases.

— customer relationship management (CRM) system — for handling requests and supporting customers;

— Telegram messaging service — to promptly notify our team of new requests;

— email delivery service (Resend) — to deliver service emails (confirmations, access details);

Data may also be provided to government authorities in the cases and manner prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
